Panelists discuss various strategies for building and maintaining an effective ethics training program.

CEFLI once again focused on the “E” in its name with an educational webinar devoted to Ethics.  Faculty members Keturah Pestel, Code of Conduct Program Manager at Thrivent Financial and Kathy Pettit, AVP US Compliance at John Hancock shared how they are getting creative and going beyond their Code of Business Conduct to clarify expectations, encourage communication and keep their ethics training programs fresh.
