Another Unclaimed Property Settlement Agreement Announced

Another major insurer has entered into a settlement agreement to resolve issues associated with unclaimed property practices.  This represents the third major insurer to enter into settlement agreements on issues pertaining to unclaimed property.  A copy of the most recent settlement agreement can be found here.
