NYDFS Issues Ins. Reg. 200 - Unclaimed Property

The New York Department of Financial Services recently issued Insurance Regulation 200 pertaining to unclaimed property matters as an emergency measure. The emergency Insurance Regulation 200 becomes effective June 14.
