The Forum

CEFLI has established The Forum section of this website to allow the life insurance industry's compliance and ethics professionals to obtain information to help them perform their professional responsibilities successfully and efficiently.  The Forum section of this website is the primary means by which CEFLI will provide information and networking opportunities to fulfill its mission to serve the life insurance industry's compliance and ethics professionals.

The Forum provides relevant compliance and ethics information through a variety of different opportunities including CEFLI Committees, Sectors, Discussion Boards and CEFLI's Blog.

We encourage you to visit The Forum regularly and to become a registered user of the CEFLI website to gain full advantage of all of the benefits of CEFLI's Forum.

  

Committees

CEFLI maintains several committees to fulfill its mission to serve the life insurance industry's compliance and ethics professionals.

Sectors

CEFLI also provides a unique opportunity for the life insurance industry's compliance and ethics professionals to participate in a "Sector" that pertains to their specific job responsibilities.  For example, if you are a compliance officer whose primary responsibility is for life insurance product compliance, you may sign up to participate in the Life Insurance sector to receive notifications of relevant information pertaining to life insurance compliance and ethics issues that will be posted to the Life Insurance Sector page of the CEFLI website.

This will provide a forum to allow similarly situated compliance and ethics professionals to gain immediate feedback from other thought leaders within the life insurance industry concerning specific, topic-driven compliance and ethics challenges. 

Please also note that the Discussion Board section of the CEFLI website will provide an opportunity for compliance and ethics professionals to post Sector-related questions for input by other industry professionals.

This section of the CEFLI website is designed to allow CEFLI staff and compliance and ethics professionals from CEFLI member companies and affiliate member organizations to submit articles concerning current compliance and ethics issues that may be of interest to other professionals within the industry.

CEFLI Blog

Welcome to the CEFLI Blog!  Over the next several months, we will use the CEFLI Blog as a means to communicate issues, invite comments and engage in a dialogue on some of the key issues facing the life insurance industry and life insurance company compliance and ethics professionals.
